Return & Replacement Policy
At Diviso, every product is crafted with care and goes through multiple quality checks before it reaches you. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of quality and design.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
We currently do not offer refunds on any products. However, we do provide replacements in genuine cases where there is a valid issue with the product — such as manufacturing defects, damage during delivery, or incorrect items received.
To request a replacement, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and share clear proof (images or videos) of the issue. Our team will review the case, and if it meets our replacement criteria, we’ll arrange a replacement for the same product or an equivalent one, depending on availability.
Please note that products damaged due to misuse, regular wear and tear, or any issue arising after use will not be eligible for replacement.
