All orders once placed cannot be cancelled. We do not offer any refund policy.
Products are eligible for replacement only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage. To request a replacement, customers must provide valid proof in the form of a clear unboxing video taken at the time of opening the package.
Replacements will be processed only after verification of the provided proof.
Diviso reserves the right to make the final decision on all replacement requests.
